The following rental rates apply to units that are in the "Rental Fleet" as of March 1, 2009. New units will be added to an equipment classification as existing units are sold. RENTAL POLICIES

• All units subject to availability
• Rates do not include sales tax or insurance coverage.
• Rates are based on 8 Hr. Day, 40 Hr. Week, 176 Hr. Four Week Period.
• Extra hours will be invoiced @ 70% of prorated rate.
• Premium rates or additional charges may be required if equipment wear rates are excessive due to material or machine application.

Customer Responsibilities

• Provide Transportation, including but not limited to:
  • Insuring that equipment is properly secured to transport vehicle.
  • Observing legal weights and dimensions.
  • Authorizing transportation provider to sign shipping papers, checkout/in forms and safety list.
• Provide Proof of Insurance to RMS
• Service and maintain machine as required by manufacturer.
• Supply and replace all wear items such as oil, grease, filters, and ground engaging tools.
• A charge for abnormal tire wear, including cuts, abrasions, and punctures will be invoiced to customer.
• Return all manuals.
• Return unit with full fuel.
• Cleaning of excessively dirty machines including shoveling of tracks.
• All repairs for damages will be invoiced.
