Driver, Rentals Division – Savage, MN

RMS is looking to fill a Commercial Driver position for its rentals location in Savage, MN. This position requires driving trailered construction equipment to and from job sites, along with loading and unloading. Qualified individuals must have a valid class A license, two years commercial driving experience, and a clean driving record. Applicants must be able to operate various types of construction equipment for loading and unloading of equipment. Field Service Manager – Savage, MN

RMS is seeking to fill a Field Service Manager position at its Rentals division in Savage, MN. Qualified candidates will be responsible for promoting service & repairs to light equipment and general rental customers in a profitable manner. This person works closely with the Rentals Parts Manager and Shop Foreman to organize and initiate quarterly service promotions. With a high sense of urgency, you will be responsible for responding to field service and field repair calls. Works proactively and closely with field service technicians and customers by following up to ensure that promises and expectations are being met in a timely manner. Responsible for scheduling of Potain Tower Crane Site Inspections, Customer Crane Moves, Crane Rental Assembly, and Disassembly after job completions.

Other responsibilities will include:

Ideal candidates will possess a minimum of five (5) years management experience and a strong technical repair background in light and heavy construction equipment. RMS Hydraulic Services, a division of Road Machinery & Supplies Co. is seeking candidates who have experienced skills in machining and fabricating (welding is a plus, but not needed). Strong math and measurement skills are desired, and will help you succeed in this position. The ability to identify material and sizes, cutting stock from inventory, and recording the material used, are part of daily activities. Aggregate Equipment Sales Specialist – Iowa

RMS is accepting resumes and applications for an Aggregate Equipment Sales Specialist for the state of Iowa and Nebraska. RMS is the exclusive dealer for the Aztec companies Kolberg Pioneer Inc. (KPI), Johnson Crushing International (JCI) Aztec Mobile Screens, (AMS), Sandvik along with other aggregate related lines. Due to the high technical nature of this role, the requirements for this position include 10 years sales experience, preferably selling aggregate products, or 10 years’ experience in aggregate production, and possess a strong understanding of material production, gradations and types of products produced.

A college degree and management experience is preferred. Service Manager – Des Moines, IA

RMS is seeking a Service Manager for its Des Moines, IA location. Reporting to the Regional Product Support Manager, qualified candidates will be responsible for the Management and/or Supervision of the following functions:

Expectations include enforcement of RMS policies and procedures, maintaining excellent customer relations, while also maintaining a high degree of employee morale. Experience in planning short and long term management objectives, and promoting and supporting OSHA and EPA compliance standards are required.

A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in service operations at the management level is required. Expected is a good working knowledge of equipment operations and mechanical functions. Solid shop floor management knowledge, along with leadership skills is essential. Strong organizational and communication skills, along with excellent customer relations skills are desired.
