Minnesota

Sales Coordinator-Savage, MN.

RMS, a Distributor of Heavy Construction Equipment is seeking an Inside Sales Coordinator for its Rentals facility located in Savage, MN. Qualified candidates will be responsible for renting & selling products to walk-in and call in customers.  While working closely with the Inside Sales Manager for pricing and profit margin information, you will also assist and serve as the point of contact for RMS Rentals’ Outside Sales Representatives.  This position requires a high sense of urgency and timeliness in responding to multiple customer requests, with a proactive follow up approach. Excellent customer service and organizational skills with a strong attention to detail are needed to succeed in this position. General knowledge of or experience with light construction equipment and parts is a plus. RMS offers a competitive salary and benefits package to qualified candidates. Hydraulic Machinist-Savage

RMS Hydraulic Services, a division of Road Machinery & Supplies Co. is seeking candidates who have experienced skills in machining and fabricating. (welding is a plus, but not needed) Strong math and measurement skills are desired, and will help you succeed in this position. The ability to identify material and sizes, cutting stock from inventory, and recording the material used, are part of daily activities. This position works closely with the Hydraulic Mechanics in trouble shooting work failures and successes. Qualified candidates should have the ability to work well with all levels of the department. Resident Field Service Technician- North Metro Suburbs, MN

RMS, a distributor of heavy construction equipment, is seeking a Resident Heavy Equipment Field Service Technician to serve the Northern outskirt suburbs of the MN Metro area. RMS is seeking an experienced technician, (minimum of 5 years) skilled in diagnosing and repairing heavy equipment with demonstrated knowledge of hydraulic, electronic and powertrain systems. Tier 4 final diagnostic experience is a plus. Parts Manager – Des Moines, IA  

Due to continued growth, RMS, which is a distributor of heavy construction, mining, and paving equipment, has an immediate opening for a Parts Manager based out of our Des Moines, Iowa location. This experienced manager with customer service and team building skills will be responsible for overseeing all parts activities in Central Iowa for the brands we distribute including Komatsu, Gomaco, KPI-JCI, Atlas Copco, and many more.

 The ideal candidate for this “Working Parts Manager” position is requested to have three (3) years parts department supervisory experience in a high volume parts department, and must be able to lead by example. Experience and knowledge of Construction or Ag equipment is desired. An Associate Degree, MS-Office proficiency, and the ability to use RMS business systems, vendor extranet support systems, and e-mail are required. Strong problem solving, multi-tasking, inventory management, and project management skills are also a requirement for this position.
